Maude’s menu features traditional fare and Parisian-inspired dishes, ranging from foie gras paté and escargot, to a chicken liver mousse and roast farm chicken. Guests can also enjoy a selection of fresh oysters and chilled seafood towers. The two story dining room vibrates with French pop, complemented by dark leather booths and ambient candle light.
