A sultry, intimate environment serving rustic French classics, fresh seafood, handcrafted cocktails, and a curated French wine list. Maude’s menu features traditional fare and Parisian-inspired dishes, ranging from foie gras paté and escargot, to a chicken liver mousse and roast farm chicken. Guests can also enjoy a selection of fresh oysters and chilled seafood towers. The two story dining room vibrates with French pop, complemented by dark leather booths and ambient candlelight.
